4. We'll take pictures, get dimensions and details, and provide more specific information regarding your remodeling options. At this point we can go over any questions or suggestions you have about your design ideas, and provide a more specific price estimate.

1. We'll provide you with a preliminary set of plans, including a computer drafted model of what your final remodel will look like.
2. We'll also include appliance dimensions you may need. If you need help selecting them we are always available to help.
3. At this time, you can make changes, ask for other options, or approve the plans and get your project started!
4. Once you are happy with the plans we can provide the final price quote. At this point a contract is drawn up with the scope of work to be provided and a timeframe for completion.

1. Out with the old, in with the new! Our demolition crew will arrive and remove your old kitchen or bath... or whatever needs to be removed.
2. We pride ourselves in keeping your environment as clean as possible at all times. We'll protect your floors & carpets with tarps, and hang plastic walls to keep drywall dust from entering other parts of your home or office.
3. All debris is hauled away, all areas are swept & cleaned. We are ready to begin!

1. Now our specialists can come in and get to work. Any rewiring, plumbing, new walls, windows or ceiling additions begin now.
2. If you're getting a new floor we can install that too. Wood, Vinyl, Ceramic Tile, Marble... it's your choice!
3. We can repaint your walls, or if you prefer, you can do it yourself or even hire your own painter.
4. Next we will install any major items, like bathtubs or showers. Kitchen appliances usually come later.

1. During the demo & remodel process, our crew back at the shop has been busy building any custom cabinetry needed for your project.
2. Once it's completed it's loaded up and delivered to your home or office.

1. Our installers show up and begin putting the new cabinets in location.
2. They can answer any installation specific questions you may have.
3. Once the cabinets are all in place we will install dishwashers, stoves, etc.
4. Remember you have direct access to the owner of the company at all times. If you are not happy with something, or require a change, let us know and we'll make it right.

1. Once everything is installed and in working order, our crew comes in for a final cleanup. We want your new remodel to sparkle! We'll remove any leftover work materials & trash we made. If you have any other large trash items, we can remove those too!

1. We will provide you with a folder containing a Customer Satisfaction Survey, a Bonus Referral card, and a small gift for you as a way of thanking you for your business.
